Recipe  -  Cheese Soufflé

Ingredients

1 Cup Soufflé Sauce
1/2 Cup Cheese (Grated)
1/4 Teaspoon Ground White Pepper
1/2 Cup Biscuit Crumbs or
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
3 Eggs (Separated)
1 Small Onion (Finely Diced)

Instructions

Mix soufflé sauce, grated cheese, ground white pepper, biscuit or bread crumbs, and finely diced onion. Beat egg yolks and add them to the mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff and carefully fold into mixture. Pour mixture into baking dish, and bake in a moderate oven for approximately 1 hour.
