Recipe  -  Macaroni Cheese (1)

Ingredients

225g (1/2lb) Macaroni (Boiled)
100g (1/4lb) Cheese (Grated)
1 Cup White Sauce (Medium)
2 Tablespoons Butter
Salt

Instructions

Boil macaroni in salted water for 20 minutes. Wash with cold water and drain. Put alternate layers of boiled macaroni, grated cheese, and medium white sauce in a greased baking dish, ending with a layer of macaroni on top. Dot with butter, and spinkle with grated cheese.
