225g (1/2lb) Macaroni (Boiled)
100g (1/4lb) Cheese (Grated)
2 Tablespoons Butter
2 Eggs
1 Medium Sized Tomato (Sliced)
1 Small Onion (Sliced)
1 Cup Milk
Salt To Taste
Butter a baking dish and fill with alternate layers of boiled macaroni, grated cheese, sliced onion, and sliced tomato, finishing with a layer of macaroni on top. Beat together eggs, milk, and salt, with a little grated cheese and a dot of butter. Pour mixture over top layer of macaroni in baking dish. Bake in a moderate oven for approximately half an hour.
