Recipe  -  Mutton and Beans Casserole

Ingredients

450g (1lb) Stewing Mutton
25g (1oz) Fat
1 Large Tin Heinz Baked Beans
1 Small Tin Campbell's Condensed Tomato Soup
1 Clove Garlic
1 Teaspoon Mixed Herbs
Ground Pepper
Salt

Instructions

Dice the mutton, and fry until light brown. Mix the beans and soup together, and add finely chopped garlic with herbs and seasoning. Place mixture and meat into a casserole dish and cook slowly in oven.
