Recipe  -  Shrimp and Potato Casserole

Ingredients

1 Cup Shelled Shrimps
675g (1.1/2lb) Parboiled Potatoes
2 Hard Boiled Eggs
25g (1oz) Margarine
1/2 Cup Sliced Onions
1.1/2 Cups White Sauce
50g (2oz) Grated Cheese
1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs
1 Cup Cooked Carrots (Sliced)
Salt and Pepper To Taste

Instructions

Line buttered baking dish with layer of sliced potatoes, brushed with melted margarine. Put layer of white sauce, sprinkle over the grated cheese, sliced onion, chopped eggs, chopped shrimps, sliced carrots, white sauce, and lastly a layer of sliced potatoes. Top with breadcrumbs, rest of grated cheese, and margarine. Sprinkle a little salt and white pepper to taste between layers. Bake in a moderate oven for about 45 minutes.
